Star Hire has established the first female department in Kobe! We have a flextime system, so even those with children can work with peace of mind.
We are actively working on hiring and training female drivers so that they can play more active roles, and have been endorsed by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a “Female Driver Support Company”.
